I’m a ninth grader who enjoys swimming, writing, art, and music. I swim at a highly competitive level, and would like to continue in high school and college. I’ve been playing cello for five years and I’ve self-taught bits of ukulele and guitar in between. Coming from an art and music influenced middle school, I’ve had in depth art classes at least three to four days a week since kindergarten. I learned skills like color theory, realism, and shading 1st-6th grade. Through 7th and 8th grade I alternated between taking advanced art and art studio once a week by semester, specializing in graphite drawing and acrylic painting. Now as a ninth grader my goal is continue to focus on realism drawing and acrylics, but to implement and learn more color theory and ceramics.
